Vegetable Rice

Vegetable Rice

I. INGREDIENTS

1 cup of rice  washed with water
2.5  parts  pure water
1 big tomato cut into pieces
1 big potato cut into pieces
1  Clove
2 Garlic pieces
I big red  onion cut into pieces
1 tsp. vegetable oil
sufficient   salt to taste
2 big capsicum cut into pieces

II. PROCEDURE
   Heat thick bottomed pan  and heat  the oil
2.    Add a tsp oil,  the garlic pieces, tomato pieces, potato pieces, clove, green peas, green capsicum pieces and fry for sufficient .  Stir very well.
3.       Add salt and a pinch of black pepper powder
4.       In a proper steel vessel add two two cups of water
5.       Add I cup of  washed rice e in the steel vessel and add two two cups of water
6.       Add the fried veg to the rice and water
7.       Keep the vessel in a cooker or electiric cooker

8.       Once the rice is cooked wait for 15 minutes  and serve hot  with vegetarian dishes of your choice
